Echo of an Earth Angel (Earth Angel Trilogy #1)
I received this as a first-reads contest win, and I'm very happy I was given the chance to read this book. I haven't come across it as a "recommendation" during my other book purchases, so I don't know if I would of become aware of this series otherwise. I loved that the author included signed bookmarks, as well as a beautiful inscription of wishing me a "lifetime of happy ever afters.." using my name in the inscription. It felt more personal than the other books I've won with just the authors

Echo of an Earth Angel is the first book that I have read from this author. And I thank her for sending me a copy for review. What I loved most about the book:THE COVER: The hands are such a huge part of the story. And I love the visual of the hands being entwined. The power of touch in itself is such a wonderful thing! It evokes a whole range of emotions.DAVID: The fallen angel. The healer. He cares so deeply!! I loved learning some of the things from his past that have made him the man that he
Another great book from a very talented author! Once I picked this up, couldn't put it down. What I really enjoyed was the pride of her hometown shown countless times throughout the book.Echo of an Earth Angel introduces us to Tessa, an 18 year old girl who should have died a year prior in a shooting at a gas station, but instead, was saved by a rogue Healer angel, David. While healing her, David went a little too far and as a result, turns Tessa into a Healer Angel just like him. Tessa starts
First I want to thank Sarah Ross for sending me an eARC of Echo of an Earth Angel. I fell in love with her other book, Awaken, back in January. So to say I was excited to read another book for a different series is an understatement. I hope when you read her books you enjoy them as much as I have.Tessa has been home for a bit recovering from an awful tragedy; one where she lost both her parents. She was almost a casualty as well when she took a bullet to her head saving a young girl. With
Full Review at: What's Beyond Forks?I was a bit on the fence about this one. I liked Tessa and David as characters quite a bit. Tessa has compelling history. What we know of David is still quite mysterious, but he is intriguing and a sweet heart. I felt like this story shed a pretty unpleasant light on angels. Even the good ones are questionable. God was alluded too, but again it wasn't necessarily in a good way. On the other hand, this was a unique and suspenseful spin on the spiritual world.

18 year old Tessa Copeland barely survived the worst year of her life—in fact, it was a miracle. After making it through the tragedy that killed both of her parents, she’s left to pick up the pieces of her life. Combating the holes in her memory and the concern of her friends was hard enough, but a new talent threatens to destroy everything she’s trying to reclaim. David Allegri didn’t mean to ruin Tessa’s life. She was the brightest soul he’d seen in centuries and he couldn’t let her die, so the fallen angel used his abilities to heal her—only he took it too far and changed Tessa forever. Now, he has to figure out a way to explain what’s happening to Tessa and somehow protect both of them from the consequences. His choice made them targets for the Hunters, who will use any means necessary to capture their prey. Only a desperate plan can help them escape, and sacrifices will be made. Time is ticking. Will they make it, or will they be lost to the echoes of fate?Details Books In Favor Of Echo of an Earth Angel (Earth Angel Trilogy #1)

Echo of an Earth Angel is an easy read and keeps you hooked. I am excited to see what happens in the next novel. You cannot help but care what happens to the characters. I really liked the main characters and enjoyed the secondary characters also. Tessa is the main character, and David saves her by healing her when she's shot. Something goes wrong during the healing process, she lives but awakens as an angel, too. The book has a unique plot.Tessa is determined to get him back or die trying.I received this as a first-reads contest win, and I'm very happy I was given the chance to read this book.
